Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus boiler operator certification or license.
• Experience operating industrial boilers or related equipment (min 2 years).
• Strong understanding of boiler operation, safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and procedures.
• Familiarity with computerized boiler monitoring systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems, maintain proper pressure and temperature.
• Conduct regular inspections of boilers, burners and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication and part replacements.
• Maintain logs of operations, maintenance activities and safety checks.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies with corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs/upgrades.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
