Job summary

Crown Personnel Services Inc. is seeking a Combustion/Boiler Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial boilers and combustion systems.

You will ensure safe, efficient operation of high‑pressure steam boilers and related equipment for diverse industrial settings. Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, hands-on HVAC/R and welding experience, and a focus on safety, quality, and customer service during field service

Qualifications

• Proven experience with industrial boilers and combustion systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Experience with HVAC/R systems and building automation.
• Welding and fabrication skills preferred.
• Certifications in boiler operation or industrial mechanics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on boilers and combustion systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and drawings.
• Conduct boiler operation checks for safety and efficiency.
• Repair hydraulics, HVAC/R, and building automation components.
• Use welding skills for boiler repairs.
• Interpret drawings to diagnose faults.
• Carry out field service at client sites with minimal downtime.
• Maintain detailed service reports and compliance records.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and training to clients.
