Job summary

RF MacDonald Co. is seeking an experienced Boiler Service Technician to troubleshoot industrial and commercial boilers and burner/control systems.

The role involves inspecting, repairing, and calibrating equipment across multiple sites, with travel as required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with combustion setups, low-emission burners, and boiler room support systems, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of technical/trade school preferred.
• Computer knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service industrial and commercial boilers.
• Inspect boilers, burners, and controls; determine function and service life.
• Perform hydrostatic testing and burner repair/replacement.
• Calibrate instrumentation and troubleshoot controls.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
