Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Blueprint/Schematic Reading Assembler in Wixom, MI. The role schedules Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with pay at $20/hour and a Temp-to-Hire path. You will read blueprints and electrical diagrams, assemble machinery, troubleshoot items, and maintain quality tracking in a production setting.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and written procedures.
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude to assemble electrical and mechanical devices.
• Work well in a team and communicate effectively with leaders and coworkers.
• Maintain quality through accurate tracking and reporting of inspected parts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble material dispensing equipment for automotive and general industry customers.
• Build and assemble large industrial machines and related equipment.
• Read and interpret machine blueprints, electrical diagrams, and written procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and take corrective action on assigned products or areas.
• Operate and maintain production equipment and material-handling equipment.
