Job summary

R&M Equipment in Spring City, PA is seeking an Industrial Blower Mechanic to inspect, repair, maintain and test industrial blowers. Responsibilities include reading drawings and manuals, assembling and testing equipment, and prepping for shipment.

The role requires reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and operating power tools; a valid driver’s license and forklift ability are preferred. Excellent wages and benefits, with PTO and holidays offered.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, manuals and drawings.
• Experience with reading tape measures and using precision tools.
• Forklift operation ability.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong teamwork and accountability in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic math skills and measurement accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Read and understand mechanical manuals and instructions.
• Complete all aspects of industrial blower assembly and testing.
• Prep for shipment.
• Follow instructions from area Leads, Supervisors, and Management.
• Assist in general housekeeping of work area.
