Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial coating/blasting experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass Driver Certification Program.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• TWIC, Basic+ credentials.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work 10–12+ hour days.
• Clean drug and alcohol screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation of substrates using pressure wash, hand, mechanical preparation, and abrasive blast.
• Mix and apply specialty coatings using brush, roller, and spray methods.
• Apply composite repair and specialty wrap systems.
• Perform general plant maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
