McGraw Kokosing is seeking a BIM / VDC Specialist to join our team in Ohio. The role focuses on creating, managing, and coordinating accurate BIM models for electrical systems in industrial projects, collaborating with the project team to ensure successful planning and execution.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of BIM experience and familiarity with electrical and mechanical trades; off-site manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with BIM platforms.
• Understanding of electrical systems for industrial projects.
• Strong ability to read drawings and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and coordinate BIM/VDC models for industrial projects.
• Develop installation drawings and BOMs from BIM models.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and electrical disciplines.
• Update models to reflect as-built conditions and support constructability.
