• Experience supporting GOCO facilities and government inquiries
• Experience tracking industrial base investments and developing roadmaps
• Experience applying DPA authorities (Title I/III) data analyses

What You Will Do:

The Industrial Base Analyst leads technical and analytical support to the industrial base mission, enabling the organization to forge and sustain a robust, secure, and resilient defense industrial base. This role directs all contract tasks focused on industrial base analysis and strategic support, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) assessments, supply chain vulnerability analysis, GOCO and policy support, and investment tracking and road mapping. The Industrial Base Analyst also oversees sustainment and development of industrial base IT systems and predictive analytics capabilities.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of TEN (10) years of experience in defense industrial base analysis, supply chain risk management, and industrial preparedness.
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or Certified Business Economist (CBE) certification.
• Demonstrated experience conducting M&A and divestiture impact analyses on the defense industrial base and major defense programs.
• Experience identifying and assessing supply chain and industrial base vulnerabilities and producing analytic products to support mitigation strategies.
• Experience providing technical data and analysis to support justifications for government-owned/contractor-operated (GOCO) industrial facilities and contributing to responses to senior-level inquiries on industrial preparedness plans and budgets.
• Experience tracking and evaluating industrial base–focused investments, developing technical roadmaps and market strategies, and integrating acquisition strategies with industrial base investments.
• Demonstrated experience providing data analysis to support implementation of authorities such as Title I and III of the Defense Production Act (DPA).

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience sustaining and enhancing industrial base IT systems and tools, including data warehouses and analytic platforms that collect, process, and analyze industrial base information.
• Experience integrating diverse data sources (e.g., contract data, registration systems, commercial financial data) to create unified, decision-ready views of the industrial base.
• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to enable predictive analytics and supply chain trend identification.
• Experience in IT portfolio management and development of in-house analytical tools, including dashboards that integrate supplier performance and risk indicators.
• Experience developing and delivering training to Government personnel on industrial base IT systems and analytic tools.
