Job summary

Native Energy Solutions seeks a PLC and HMI programmer/engineer to join our automation team in Midland, TX. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade process control systems across oil and gas facilities, commissioning VFDs, sensors, and networked devices.

Daily tasks include configuring communication devices and protocol converters, and supporting field crews. Requirements include Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI, and industrial networks; strong electrical theory knowledge; and ability to work on

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC and HMI programming in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with Ethernet/IP, TCP, Modbus, and HART protocols.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and circuitry.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade process control systems.
• Configure VFDs, sensors, and related process devices.
• Commissioning and P2P checkout for oil & gas facilities.
