Job summary

Ahold Delhaize Distribution & Transportation is seeking an Industrial Automation Technician-I to maintain and troubleshoot automated facilities systems, including Dematic AS/RS, conveyors, and robotics. The role focuses on keeping systems online, performing repairs, and supporting the maintenance team.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma and ideally a 2-year degree or trade cert, with at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a 2-year degree or trade school certification is preferred.
• Two years minimum experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing or modifying components.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to return to service.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on subsystems and related components.
• Assist other maintenance team members with duties/repairs appropriate to experience and training.
