Job summary

Milwaukee Valve Company is seeking an Industrial Automation Engineer to join our Prairie Du Sac, WI team. This exempt, on-site role focuses on designing and implementing automation solutions to boost efficiency and product quality.

Under the Director of Manufacturing Services, you will lead projects involving robotics, PLCs, and SCADA, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and document systems while training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; 7–10+ years in automation.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, robotics, and SCADA systems.
• Ability to design, implement, and document automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
