Job summary

M4 Control Systems LLC, Milwaukee-based automation integrator, seeks an experienced Automation & Controls Engineer to support design, programming, testing, startup, and commissioning of industrial projects.

The role involves working with customers, project managers, and engineers to deliver robust control solutions, including PLC and HMI development, electrical schematics, and documentation. Travel to customer facilities is required to install and support deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or related field is required.
• 2–5 years in industrial automation or controls engineering.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, electrical components, and networks.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and produce documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for customer projects.
