Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking an Industrial Automation Engineer to lead Siemens PLC based automation across our U.S. manufacturing network. You will drive robotics and vision system initiatives, collaborate with plant teams, and ensure reliable operation of PLC/HMI and robotics equipment across several sites.

Relocation to Toledo, OH may be required by 2027. The role involves 30-50% domestic travel and fluency in English. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Robotics/PLC experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience as Robotics or PLC Specialist.
• Strong Siemens PLC knowledge; FANUC Robot experience preferred.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives across multiple U.S. plants, serving as a strong Siemens PLC resource.
• Manage project scope, budget, and technical data transfer to development and plant teams.
