Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a Delivery Engineer to support the end-to-end delivery of industrial automation systems at customer sites, from pre-deployment through handover. The role spans electro-mechanical, controls, sensing, machine vision, and networking technologies, with development possible for entry-level engineers and independence for experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Developing-level candidates may be considered with strong aptitude and training willingness.
• Independent-level candidates must show autonomous field-delivery experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Certifications must be completed and maintained as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-deployment, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of automation systems.
• Install, configure, integrate, test, and commission industrial automation systems across multiple technologies.
• Interpret drawings, layouts, wiring diagrams, and project documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Serve as onsite technical contact and coordinate with remote teams.
• Maintain accurate field reports and handover documentation.
• Follow safety, quality, and engineering standards.
• Complete required training and certifications for autonomous work.
• Support other offerings as needed.
