You will deliver training sessions, support field deployments, and help clients achieve measurable improvements in manufacturing performance. A strong background in automation and customer-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in industrial automation and SMC or equivalent.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel for customer sites.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly conference calls and share success stories with the branch team.
• Identify and close major revenue producing projects.
• Engage with key accounts and understand technical requirements for SMC products.
• Relay customer specifications and regulatory needs to engineers or product specialists.
• Provide ongoing training to sales staff, customers and distributors.
