Job summary

Comprehensive Injury Prevention Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Athletic Trainer to lead on-site injury prevention and ergonomic programs in the Philadelphia area.

The role focuses on early intervention, injury evaluation, and first aid, with close collaboration to Occupational Health and Safety teams. You’ll perform ergonomic assessments, job task analyses, and workstation evaluations, document care in EHRs, and contribute to work-related medical coordination.

Qualifications

• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
• Master’s degree in Athletic Training or minimum 3 years experience.
• Strong skills in injury evaluation, ergonomics, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: CEAS, AOEAS, FMS, OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Experience in industrial/occupational health and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site injury prevention and ergonomic programs.
• Provide early intervention, injury evaluation, and first aid.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments, job task analyses, and workstation evaluations.
• Identify trends and reduce musculoskeletal risk factors.
• Educate employees and leaders on safe movement and body mechanics.
• Document care and outcomes in EHR systems.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health and Safety partners for case management and return-to-work planning.
