The role emphasizes hands-on work with employees outside a traditional clinic, including coordinating return-to-work and transitional duties, with a strong emphasis on safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in the state of employment is required.
• Valid BLS and CPR certifications are required.
• 2+ years in industrial or occupational health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-offer employment testing (POET/PAT) and physical demand analysis.
• Implement injury prevention programs, including stretching, job coaching, and ergonomics.
• Provide first aid and musculoskeletal support within OSHA guidelines.
• Perform ergonomic assessments and promote safe work practices.
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and program tracking.
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, and client stakeholders.
• Track and report program metrics weekly.
