Chart Industries, a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered equipment, is seeking an Assembler in Stafford, TX. The role supports daily shop operations, tackles cleanup, and assists with assembly and testing activities to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/electrical background, hands-on use of power tools, and the ability to lift 35 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years shop experience in mechanical/electrical settings preferred.
• Familiar with shop operations and electrical background.
• Experience using power tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written communication.
• Lift at least 35 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general cleanup of shop and office areas and equipment.
• Lubricate, clean parts and assemblies, and maintain equipment.
• Assist with material movement between departments (forklift preferred).
• Prepare material for assembly and support hydrostatic tests as needed.
• Assist with skid build, painting touchups, and component checks.
• Load/unload parts using forklifts, cranes, and hoists.
• Package parts for storage or customer delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following regulations.
• Support shop needs and upkeep, ensuring PPE usage.
