Job summary

Pneumatech Safety Systems, Inc. is seeking an Assembly professional to build components and subassemblies for process control systems. The role emphasizes safe, prompt work with Pneumatic Systems and close collaboration with production staff.

The ideal candidate will read schematics, follow assembly instructions, and perform quality checks while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to learn new tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical experience is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening & background check.

Responsibilities

• Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
• Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Assist in running wire, stainless steel tubing, mounting tanks, hanging sheet metal, compressor mounting.
• Positions or aligns components and parts manually or with a forklift.
• Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
• Conducts quality control checks.
• Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools.
• Prepares work by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
