CPL in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Market Sector Principal - Industrial Architecture to build and run our Industrial Architecture Practice across the Southeast. You will develop, lead and expand our services for manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architecture experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or related markets.
• Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proven success building and growing a practice, driving client relationships and revenue.
• Strong understanding of industrial facility planning and complex project delivery.
• Able to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building client relationships and winning work.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and strategic direction of CPL's Industrial Practice.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers, developers, CRE leaders, site selection consultants, and economic development organizations.
• Drive client development and project pursuit efforts.
• Mentor and inspire a team of architects and design professionals.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute market growth strategies.
• Advise clients on complex manufacturing, logistics, and industrial projects.
• Represent CPL through industry orgs, thought leadership, networking, and client engagement.
