Qualifications

• Architecture degree from an accredited US Architectural Program.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit/BIM 360 required.
• Licensed as an architect in the state of Illinois.
• Familiarity with code requirements for spaces in Industrial settings.
• NCARB Certification is a plus
• LEED AP Accreditation is a plus
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design and construction document preparation for industrial projects as part of a professional architecture/engineering firm.
• Perform comprehensive construction administration for industrial projects.
• Develop designs and produce drawings and specifications to define the architectural scope of projects.
• Create renderings using 3D software (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3DS Max).
• Apply codes and standards (IBC, NFPA, ADA) in project work.
• Collaborate with design team and outside consultants for fully coordinated projects.
• Assist in business development activities and client proposals as needed.
