Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Lombard, IL is seeking an Architect to plan and design industrial facilities, laboratories, offices, and production spaces, and to produce construction documents.

Candidates should hold an Architecture degree from a US accredited program, be licensed in Illinois, and be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360. NCARB and LEED AP credentials are a plus; US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Architecture degree from an accredited US Architectural Program.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit/BIM 360 required.
• Licensed as an architect in the state of Illinois.
• Familiarity with code requirements for spaces in Industrial settings.
• NCARB Certification is a plus
• LEED AP Accreditation is a plus
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design and construction document preparation for industrial projects.
• Ensure compliance with IBC, NFPA, ADA and other codes.
• Create conceptual designs using AutoCAD/Revit and produce 3D renderings.
• Coordinate with design team and outside consultants for fully coordinated projects.
• Support business development activities and client proposals and presentations.
• Provide site planning and plant renovation analyses as needed.
