Job summary

Holland Pump Company is seeking an Application Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications that support engineering, rental, service, manufacturing, fabrication, and field operations.

The role requires integrating engineering and CAD platforms (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, BIM tools) into workflows, creating technical documentation, and driving process improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications supporting Holland Pump’s engineering, rental, service, manufacturing, fabrication, and field operations.
• Develop technology solutions that improve design, selection, configuration, operation, and maintenance of pumps and related systems.
• Integrate CAD/engineering platforms into workflows such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications for multiple divisions.
• Develop tools to assist in equipment selection, system sizing, and project planning.
• Integrate applications with ERP, CRM, fleet management, and reporting systems.
