S&ME is seeking a motivated and results-driven Practice Leader to help us expand into and lead our growth in the Industrial & Data Centers market across the organization. As the Industrial & Data Centers Practice Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping S&ME's presence in a high-demand, rapidly evolving market by driving new revenue, building client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams. What You Will Do:

• Drive Growth and Market Expansion
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market that aligns with company initiatives and goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build Relationships that Matter
  • Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels.
  • Leverage your network and industry presence to position S&ME as a trusted partner for each of our service lines.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Partner with internal leaders to build the team, capabilities, and resources needed to scale.

What You Bring:

• Proven success driving revenue growth within Industrial, Data Centers, or similar markets.
• Strong industry network and client relationships.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• You have a proven track record of success winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within the Industrial and Data Center market.
• Relevant professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, not a requirement.
