Equiliem is seeking a Shop Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul services for industrial air compressors, blowers, and rotating equipment. The role requires a strong mechanical inclination, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently in shop or field environments.

The ideal candidate will rebuild airends, diagnose issues, and maintain documentation, while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring PPE is used properly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience on industrial equipment.
• Experience using hand and power tools, and diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform airend rebuilds per manufacturer specs.
• Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and test compressors, blowers, and pumps.
• Balance rotors and verify tolerances with precision tools.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on rotating equipment.
• Provide customer support on-site and over the phone.
• Maintain shop tools, vehicles, and documentation.
