Job summary

Applied System Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Air Applications Specialist to serve as the key contact for distributors and internal sales. You will offer product guidance and resolve technical issues with efficiency, coordinating with technical teams to ensure superior customer experience.

You’ll work closely with QA/QC during conformance testing and contribute to continuous product and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Ability to read Imperial and Metric measurements.
Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
Some travel required.
Experience in the compressed air industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, Teams, or in person.
Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
Work closely with QA/QC to validate product conformance by pneumatic testing, dimensional measuring, and visual inspection.
Log customer interactions, feedback, and issues in CRM.
Learn and understand the competitive landscape.
Assist distributors with creating the most cost-effective solutions to meet their customers’ needs.
Identify opportunities for product or process improvement.
