Job summary

Neuron Industries in Gardena, CA is building the software ecosystem powering the AI-enabled industrial era. You will develop the development environment, data path from controller to cloud, and fleet infrastructure to keep devices shipping and observable.

You’ll own features from idea to production across web, desktop tooling, and cloud services, with a focus on reliable, AI-assisted workflows. A small team, no PM layer, expects hands-on ownership and shipping impact.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and production-grade software experience.
• Shipped software used by real users and can explain trade-offs.
• Tests and instrumentation by default; reliability-focused.
• Able to own features from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Build the development environment, editors, simulations, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Own the infrastructure: CI/CD with hardware-in-the-loop, OTA, release engineering, observability.
• Ship the data path from local viewer to cloud and data lake for time-series data.
• Work full stack: device-level server, desktop tooling, cloud services with reliable tech.
• Design stable, versioned APIs documented for real customers.
