Job summary

Arcadis in the United States is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing & Technology Digital & AI Partner to drive sector growth by shaping a tailored Digital & AI strategy and embedding AI across client propositions and account plans.

You will lead with senior stakeholders, translate strategy into scalable roadmaps, build solid business cases, and partner with Digital Intelligence to accelerate time-to-market and differentiation across key accounts.

Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy into digital and AI propositions.
Proven track record in digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to build business cases.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior audiences.
Degree or equivalent in business, strategy, technology, or engineering.

Responsibilities

Translate corporate and sector strategy into sector-specific digital strategy.
Co-own with Digital Intelligence to define digital roadmaps.
Identify opportunities to differentiates clients with AI capabilities.
Develop robust business cases and investment narratives.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to bring digital solutions to market.
