Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, welding, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and maintenance manuals.
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical, or maintenance technician experience.
Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and machinery.
Working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Inspect machinery, monitor lubricant levels, and complete routine servicing tasks.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime.
Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, pipe fitting, and plant improvement projects.
Maintain HVAC, lighting, water, sewer, and other building systems.
Support production goals by improving equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and quality while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
