JOB IDENTIFICATION:
Job Title: Swim School Instructor
Grade: II - $15.00/hour
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Department: Recreation
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Aquatic Manager, Aquatic Supervisor, Swim School Coordinator
Supervises: N/A
BASIC FUNCTION: Through a positive approach, Swim School Instructors will lead classes and teach students swimming skills and water safety.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Some High School education. Basic knowledge of swim strokes and techniques.
Experience: Must be at least 15 years old. Exceptional customer service attitude. Previous experience with teaching or watching children.
Certifications: First Aid/CPR certification preferred but not required.
