Job summary

Powdr Corp. invites applicants to join the Soda Springs indoor operations crew at Woodward Tahoe/Soda Springs. Roles include Front Desk, Rentals, or Retail with housing from $350/month. Starting pay is $18/hour, plus employee housing and resort perks such as season pass access.

No experience required beyond a positive attitude; training is provided. Weekend/holiday availability is expected to support our mountain operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• No experience required – a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Retail, guest service, or rental experience is a plus but not required.
• Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with families, kids, and first-time guests.
• Able to multitask and stay upbeat in busy indoor environments.
• Reliable and ready to work during holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and help them get tickets, passes, or rental gear.
• Set up and adjust ski and snowboard equipment for guests of all ages.
• Explain mountain access, tubing, and ticketing information clearly and professionally.
• Support the indoor team during busy days by helping where needed.
• Answer questions and guide guests with a friendly, helpful approach.
