Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in the lift line and loading zones.
• Operate aerial and surface lifts according to safety standards.
• Monitor lift function and report issues to maintenance staff.
• Help manage guest flow, spacing, and ticket/pass checks.
• Maintain a safe work area by clearing snow and keeping ramps clean.
• Provide clear, friendly communication to guests and co-workers.
• Assist with lift opening/closing procedures.
• Support Mountain Operations including Tubing and Ticket Checking.
