Qualifications

• 40 hours per week minimum required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years or older; local laws may affect hiring age.
• Minimum of 1 year managing people, preferably in food service.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, cleanliness, and guest-service standards.
• Build sales and profits by recruiting, training, and developing your team.
• Coach and inspire staff to deliver outstanding guest service safely and cheerfully.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• The Kitchen: manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, cleanliness.
• Sales: oversee Cashier, Salad Bar, Gift Shop; monitor results and upselling.
• Inventory, ordering, execution and profitability in Merchandise area.
• Lead birthday party execution and showroom seating; optimize guest satisfaction.
• Gameroom: coordinate with Technical Manager to keep games up and running.
