Job summary

British Swim School - South Orlando is seeking enthusiastic swim instructors to provide life-saving swim skills to children in a warm indoor pool. This role combines instruction with community engagement and allows for flexible scheduling.

Candidates should enjoy working with kids and be comfortable in water. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

The pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with additional benefits like Birthday off.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable in and around the water, strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught.
• Able to pass a background screening.
• Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training standards.
• Engage with parents about the progress of their children.
• Support the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner.
