Job summary

The Back Nine Golf Cleveland is seeking a Golf Coach to provide individualized and group instruction at our indoor facility in Greater Cleveland. You will tailor training plans, teach swing mechanics, and use simulator data to drive sessions for golfers of all levels.

Daily duties include assessing abilities, demonstrating techniques, and collaborating with management to enhance member experiences through programming and events. Evening and weekend availability is required for peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching golfers of all levels.
• Ability to interpret simulator data and outputs to adjust training plans.
• Excellent communication and inclusive coaching approach.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, including peak times.
• Lipga LPGA certification or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess player abilities and create tailored training plans.
• Provide individualized and group instruction focusing on swing mechanics and strategy.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and use simulator data to guide sessions.
• Monitor facility use and support a safe, inclusive environment.
