This part-time, flexible schedule role involves coaching players from beginners to advanced, using Full Swing simulators and performance data to guide practice plans.

You will conduct clinics and junior programs, build a steady base of recurring students, and foster a welcoming atmosphere where members enjoy improving their game.

Qualifications

The Back Nine Carrollwood is a premium, 24/7 indoor golf facility featuring Full Swing golf simulators and a growing community of golfers of all skill levels.

What You'll Do

• Provide private and small-group golf instruction
• Work with golfers ranging from beginners to experienced players
• Use Full Swing simulator technology and data to help players understand and improve their swing
• Develop customized practice and improvement plans
• Conduct lessons, clinics, junior programs, and other instructional events
• Build relationships with Back Nine members and the surrounding Carrollwood golf community
• Help create a welcoming, positive environment where golfers enjoy improving their game

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal instructor is:

• An experienced golf instructor or teaching professional
• Knowledgeable in golf swing fundamentals, ball flight, and player development
• Comfortable using golf simulator technology and performance data
• Personable, professional, and able to work with golfers of different ages and abilities
• Entrepreneurial and interested in developing a strong base of recurring students
• Reliable and able to manage lessons independently

PGA or LPGA credentials are preferred, but not required. We are also interested in experienced instructors with a proven ability to teach and develop golfers.
