Job summary

JL Schwieters is seeking assemblers to build wall panels and roof trusses in our indoor manufacturing facility in Hugo, MN. No weather delays and a clean, modern workplace provide steady year-round work. Weekly pay and day/night shifts are available, with 4-day options.

Training is available for those who can read a tape measure and want to learn construction skills. Starting pay is $18+ per hour, with night shifts earning a premium.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure and learn construction skills.
• Construction or framing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build wall panels and roof trusses.
• Use nail guns, saws, tape measures and hand tools.
• Follow layouts and basic construction drawings.
• Work on a team-based production line.
