• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide et être assurable.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer le nettoyage des conduits commerciaux et résidentiels et la réparation de moisissures.
• Installer et retirer des barrières de confinement et comprendre l'équipement de remédiation.
• Communiquer professionnellement avec les clients et les collègues.

Hiring for an Indoor Air Quality Technician!! West Chester, PA

Pay: $18-$26/hr. with some flex based on experience.

Job Summary: We are now hiring a Full Time IAQ Field Technicians to service customers in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware areas. We are looking to add hard-working individuals to our team who are honest, detail-oriented and reliable. Applicants will work with other technicians to perform Duct Cleaning, HEPA Cleaning, Mold Remediation and other IAQ services for residential and commercial clients.

Requirements:

Must have 4 years or more experience with mold remediation and/or duct cleaning. Some training provided

Must be a self-starter.

Should be able to work independently or in teams, seeking advice when necessary and otherwise be able to work without direct supervision and meet or exceed company standards.

Must be able to use hand tools and power tools.

Must have the full use of all extremities and be able to lift fifty pounds repeatedly.

Must be able to work wearing a respirator and personal protective gear.

Must hold a Valid Drivers License and be insurable under company policy

Job Duties:

Perform commercial and residential duct cleaning and mold remediation repair to include environmental control, cleaning, and demolition.

Setup and take down containment barriers and understand remediation equipment.

Communicate professionally with customers and fellow workers.

Read and interpret schematics to understand the layout of systems for effective cleaning
