Job summary

Centific, a frontier AI data foundry, is seeking a Localization QA Tester for Indonesian content. This remote, part-time role involves executing QA cycles across platforms, reviewing translations, and ensuring linguistic and UI quality.

You will report defects clearly and collaborate with translators, engineers, and PMs to improve localization processes. The ideal candidate holds native-level language skills, fluent English, and familiarity with QA tools.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in the target language.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with QA methodologies and bug tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute full localization QA test cycles across platforms and OS versions.
• Review, verify, edit, score, and translate copy across media and content types.
• Validate localized content for tone, grammar, context, and cultural relevance.
• Evaluate UI behavior for truncation, clipping, alignment, wrapping, and encoding issues.
• Report and track bugs clearly and retest to confirm fixes.
• Provide feedback on linguistic errors, UX issues, and functional defects.
• Collaborate with localization PMs, translators, developers, and QA teams.
