Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian (spoken and written)
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical evaluation approach
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Listen to and review audio clips to evaluate nativeness, fluency, and quality of Indonesian speech
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity
• Evaluate language accuracy and identify unnatural expressions
• Validate cultural and contextual appropriateness of language in audio samples
• Provide detailed written feedback in English and verbal feedback when required
• Document observations and provide actionable insights for model improvement
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and evaluation standards consistently
• Collaborate with coordinators to discuss findings and clarify requirements
• Complete assessments accurately within project timelines
• Contribute suggestions to improve evaluation frameworks and language quality standards
