Remotebridge is seeking an Indonesian Bilingual Expert to support a large-scale linguistic initiative. This remote contractor role focuses on training AI systems by evaluating Indonesian speech for nativeness, accuracy, and cultural relevance.

You will provide detailed feedback, document observations, and collaborate with coordinators to ensure timely, high-quality assessments that contribute to ongoing AI model improvements.

Formación

• Native Indonesian with regional dialect and cultural nuance.
• Strong written and verbal Indonesian and English (English at least B2).
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to language evaluation.
• Experience in translation, localization, linguistics, or language quality assessment preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to give clear, constructive feedback on language and communication style.
• Interest in AI-driven language technologies and model improvement.

Our team is selecting Indonesian Bilingual Experts to support a customer's large-scale linguistic initiative. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high quality, real world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

• Listen to and review audio clips to assess the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated Indonesian speech.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on language accuracy, pronunciation, intonation, and authenticity.
• Validate the cultural and contextual appropriateness of language used in audio samples.
• Document observations meticulously, ensuring clarity and actionable insight for model improvement.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings and clarify guidelines as needed.
• Consistently deliver high quality assessments within defined project timelines.
• Support the refinement of evaluation frameworks by sharing linguistically-informed suggestions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian, with a deep understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English (minimum B2 proficiency in English).
• Keen attention to detail with a methodical and analytical approach to language evaluation.
• Previous experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, or language quality assessment (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and meeting project requirements punctually.
• Demonstrated ability to give clear, constructive feedback on language and communication style.
• Interest in contributing to advancements in AI-driven language technologies.
