Qualifikationen

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian.
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience in evaluating audio, pronunciation, or AI-generated language is a plus.
• Attention to detail and methodical approach to language evaluation.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Listen to and review audio clips to evaluate nativeness, fluency, and quality of Indonesian speech.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Evaluate language accuracy and identify unnatural expressions.
• Validate cultural and contextual appropriateness of language in audio samples.
• Provide clear written feedback in English and verbal feedback when required.
• Document observations and provide actionable insights for model improvement.
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and evaluation standards consistently.
• Collaborate with coordinators to discuss findings and requirements.
• Complete assessments accurately within project timelines.
• Suggest linguistically informed improvements to evaluation frameworks.
