AuraOne, Inc. is seeking an Indonesian evaluation reviewer to help review and label model outputs against AuraOne's quality rubric.

This remote contractor role focuses on assessing generalist prompts and paired responses, assigning severity tags, and writing structured feedback for model retraining. You will compare responses, tag hallucinations and unsafe content, calibrate against gold examples, and document recurring failure modes for the modeling team.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating Indonesian content or similar tasks.
• Ability to apply long rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable weekly availability for about 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Indonesian outputs against the rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger one with rationale.
• Tag unsafe content with policy category and severity.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and suggest rubric updates.
• Calibrate reviewer scores against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes for retraining.
