Job summary

Candidates must reside on O'ahu by hire and have strong CPM, resource loading, and report-writing skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing and updating resource-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Strong CPM analysis, resource loading/analysis, and schedule reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI; able to generate dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resource-loaded CPM schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitor schedules, analyze critical path and impacts, and forecast timelines.
• Provide scheduling guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ensure data quality and reflect scope changes in schedules.
• Participate in project meetings and present updates.
