Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region from the United States. You will develop pursuit strategies, manage schedules and budgets, and build strong client relationships to drive profitable project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, with travel up to 50% annually.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency depends on duties.
Equivalent related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners and bidding tactics.
Plan and conduct work using engineering/construction techniques and criteria.
Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
Prepare statements of work with work breakdown structures and approvals.
Assess risk and implement mitigation strategies; ensure PM policies are followed.
Manage project costs and profitability; identify residual risk.
Monitor project status and escalating risks as needed.
Coordinate staffing and resource plans for projects.
Identify outside resources and manage procurement processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Support sales in scoping and costing new work; perform other duties as needed.
