Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking an Individual Giving Officer to join a growing Development team and lead the next chapter of its donor program.

You will own and grow campaigns, expand recurring giving, and use data to drive strategy while collaborating with a supportive leadership team. Hybrid work model based in Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Nonprofit fundraising experience required.
• Ability to connect with donors and stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital platforms.
• Grow recurring and mid-level giving; retain, engage, and upgrade donors.
• Use donor data and analytics to improve segmentation and results.
• Build the donor pipeline by converting first-time supporters into loyal donors and identifying future major gifts.
