United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County (UWABC) is seeking an Individual Giving Coordinator to manage our direct mail program, lead donor acknowledgements, and support the Resource Development team in line with UWABC’s equity-centered philanthropy.

As a crucial member of the Resource Development team, the Individual Giving Coordinator plays an essential role in managing direct mail, leading donor acknowledgements, and providing team project support while holding true to UWABC’s long-term strategic vision.

Position responsible for managing UWABC’s direct mail campaign, donor acknowledgements, and engaging individual donors through a giving society, and supporting the Resource Development department with various projects. Fundraising responsibilities equate to approximately 60% of this role.

• Hiring Range and Benefits: $45,700 to $57,200 annually plus full benefits, including paid vacation, sick and personal leave; employer contributions to 401(k), contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance benefits and self-care fund, life and disability insurance, and coaching and support
