Insight Global in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Indirect Tax Senior to assist with all indirect tax responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage filing calendars, oversee invoices for returns, and keep audit-ready documentation while supporting the Tax Managers and revenue teams.

• Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization’s compliance calendar for indirect taxes and confirm all taxes are being filed/paid where required/applicable.
• Oversee all invoices and bills associated with the annual returns and renewals and ensure they are received and paid in a timely manner.
• Responsible for all indirect tax files and that all supporting documents are maintained and audit ready to include exemption certificate management.
• Research, track and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise from notices related to indirect or income taxes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to the Indirect/Income Tax Managers and the sales and revenue teams as needed.
• Execute timely state income tax payments on a monthly and quarterly cadence to ensure compliance with applicable state requirements.
• Ad-hoc tasks and/or projects as necessary for the Tax Department.
