Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years indirect tax experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Experience with Vertex, SAP, and tax software is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee Vertex system integration with SAP and ensure correct tax setup.
• Prepare supports for tax audits and 1099/NEC reporting.
• Coordinate indirect tax registrations in new jurisdictions and monitor changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement on tax issues.
• Identify process improvements using Alteryx and other tools.
