Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA in Kennesaw, GA seeks a Manager of Indirect Tax to lead and coordinate indirect tax compliance across multi-state jurisdictions. You will oversee sales/use, property tax, audits, and provide expert guidance to support business decisions.

You will manage a Senior/Staff Tax Accountant, drive process improvements, and ensure timely filings. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license preferred.
• 8+ years of compliance experience in multistate sales/use tax, property tax, and excise tax.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual multi-state and local sales & use tax returns and reconciliations.
• Oversee additional indirect tax registrations, filings, and payments (excise tax, business licenses, annual reports).
• Manage property tax renditions and payments, budgets, and accruals.
• Lead tax audits and respond to notices.
• Provide guidance on indirect tax issues and monitor tax rules.
